The province is asking if non-permanent residents should pay fees for health and education. Sounds fair, right? Except our hospitals are already understaffed, and this won’t fix a thing – it’ll just scare off the workers we actually need. And abolishing the Senate? Cool, but what about fixing potholes in Olds first? Stop grandstanding and fund our local services.
